The Hawaiʻi Police Department reports that 16-year-old Kylie Kepa was located in Hilo in good health on Monday, September 28.
She had previously been reported as a runaway.

The Hawai`i Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a juvenile female who was reported as a runaway.
Kylie Kepa, 16, was last seen in the Mountain View area on September 10 at approximately 1:30 a.m.
She is described as being 5-feet-2-inches and 120 pounds, with long straight black hair and brown eyes.
Police say the teen was last seen wearing black leggings with a black and white tank top.
Police ask anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of Kepa to call contact Detective Richard Itliong of the Area I Juvenile Aid Section at (808) 961-2278, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or the Hawaiʻi Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
