Pair Sought in Fraud Case

The Hawai`i Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest for identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in Hilo after they were caught on video surveillance.

Authorities say the investigation stems from the theft of a wallet from a motor vehicle in August 2019.

Police ask anyone who may have information about their identity to call HPD’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or to contact Officer Chester Franco of South Hilo Patrol at (808) 961-2213 or email to Clarence.Davies@hawaiicounty.gov.
