Woman Sought on Outstanding Warrant and Questioning

The Hawai`i Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a female individual who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for Contempt of Court, as well as for questioning relative to an unrelated criminal investigation that occurred on November 1 in the Pāhoa area.

The individual is identified as 23-year-old Jaysha S. Arnold. She is approximately 5-feet-5 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, with black hair, and hazel eyes.
