Skyler Waltjen , 17, has been reported as missing, according to the Hawai`i Police Department.
Authorities describe the boy as 5-feet-9-inches and 145 pounds. He has a thin build with a dark complexion and short black buzz-cut hair.
Waltjen is known to frequent the Hilo and Honomu areas.
The public is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency number of (808) 935-3311 if you know of his whereabouts.
