Arrests Continue in Grand Jury Indictment

Three more individuals were arrested on Thursday in connected to Grand Jury Indictments that occurred on Monday.

At 7:27 a.m., 62-year-old David Colon of Hilo, was arrested on:

  • Two counts of Hindering Prosecution in the 2nd Degree
  • Two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence

Colon posted $2,000 bail and was given a court date of 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at Hilo Circuit Court.

Lance Yamada, 56, of Hilo was arrested at 12:22 p.m. and charged with:

  • Hindering Prosecution in the 2nd Degree
  • Two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence

Lance posted $2,000 in bail and his Court date is set for Friday at 1:30 p.m. in Hilo Circuit Court.

Stacey Yamada, 52, of Hilo was also arrested and charged with:

  • Hindering Prosecution in the 2nd Degree
  • Two counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence

Stacey posted $2,000 in bail and his Court date is also set for Friday at 1:30 p.m. in Hilo Circuit Court.

All three turned themselves in at the Hilo Police Station.

Previous arrests in the indictment include Brian Miller, Ivar Kaluhikaua and Chadwick Fukui.
