The Hawai`i Police Department is seeking Freddie Bacdad and Stacelyn Aiona who are wanted on outstanding warrants.
Bacdad is described as 5-foot-7-inches and 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
Aiona is described as 4-fet-11-inches and 126 pounds. She has brown eyes and light brown dyed hair.
