Elia Mundon was arrested by Hawai`i Police Department South Kohala Patrol Officers on September 24 after he was located at the courthouse in Kamuela for a custody hearing with Child Welfare Services.
A preliminary hearing was held at the Kona District Court on September 26.

The Hawai`i Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 38-year-old Elia Mundon of Kamuela.
Mundon is described as 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He is wanted on a warrant of arrest for Abuse of a Family Household Member and other related investigations.
