The Hawai`i Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Ryan Hernandez who was reported missing on July 17.
Police say he was last seen in Kealakekua.
Hernandez is 5-feet-tall and 130 pounds. He has a fair complexion, short black hair and brown eyes.
