The Hawai`i Police Department has charged Harvey Damo on various counts stemming from an incident that unravel Thursday during the manhunt for Justin Waiki.
On Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Damo was charged for two counts each Terroristic Threatening 1st, Resisting Order to Stop, and Reckless Endangering. He was also charged with one count each of Theft 4th and Criminal Property Damage 4th.
Police officials say these charges are in addition to his previous charge for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.
Damo’s total bail was set at $54,000. He remained in custody at the Kealakehe Police Station pending his initial court appearance at the Kona District Court Monday morning.
