HPD: Four Men Wanted on Outstanding Warrants

The Hawai`i Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Logan Arruda-Lorenzo, Christopher Igawa-Silva (aka “Tiny”), Christopher Marchand, and Todd Bertilacci.

The four men are wanted on outstanding warrants.

Arruda-Lorenzo is described as 5-feet-8-inches and 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair

Igawa-Silva is described as 5-feet-7-inches and 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Marchand is described as 6-feet and 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

Bertilacci is described as 5-feet-7-inches and 150 pounds. He has a tan complexion, brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone having information on the whereabouts of any of these individuals is asked to call police at the non-emergency number (808) 935-3311. Individuals may also contact Officer Paul Mangus at 808-961-8121 or paul.mangus@hawaiicounty.gov.
