A structure and brush fire on 37th Avenue in Ainaloa burned Wednesday.
The Hawai`i County Fire Department responded to the scene just after 1 p.m. where they found two separate fires burning on a single piece of property.
Fire officials say the first fire was within a pile of wood spreading to the nearby brush in an area about 20-feet-by-40-feet. The second fire was within a pile of paper products burning in a Quonset type metal structure.
Firefighters extinguished the fire at 1:30 p.m. and found no one in or around the property.
The scene was turned over to fire inspectors for investigation.
HFD says the owner of the property was not immediately known. No injuries were reported in the incident.
