UPDATE: Missing 17-Year-Old Located

Seventeen-year-old Leilani Alvarado of Kailua-Kona has been located.

The teen was reported missing by the Hawai`i Police Department on Wednesday.

Alvarado was found unharmed on Kauai on Thursday morning.

The Hawai`i Police Department is searching for a 17-year-old girl who has been reported missing.

Leilani Alvarado was last seen in Kailua-Kona on May 3.

Alvarado is described as Caucasian, 4-feet-11-inches, 95-pounds with brown hair with red highlights, and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is requested by authorities to call HPD’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
