The Hawai`i Police Department has located 26-year-old Rickie Andaya-Tabucbuc who was wanted on outstanding warrants.
Andaya-Tabucbuc, of Honoka`a, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Honokaʻa without incident.
Detectives from the Area II Criminal Investigation Section will continue their investigations in connection with burglary and unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle incidents which occurred in the Kealakekua area.
