UPDATE: Vehicle Found, Suspect at Large in Gunshot Incident

Paradise Drive at 29th Avenue has been reopened.

Hawai`i Police Department officials say the vehicle involved in a gunshot incident in Hawaiian Paradise Park this afternoon has been located.

The vehicle was abandoned at the time of recovery. Earlier Police indicated that the truck was last seen in Volcano. It is uncertain at this time whether or not that is the area it was found.

No suspects in the incident has been arrest.

Gunshots fired in the area have closed Paradise Drive at the 29th avenue intersection in Hawaiian Paradise Park, the Hawai`i Police Department reports.

Police say the gunshots came from a white Ford diesel pickup truck with dually tires. The vehicle also has a black gate and utility boxes, according to HPD.

The truck fled the area and was last seen in the Volcano.
